GREENSBORO, N.C. 鈥� Five 蘑菇视频 students have received paid summer internships as part of Campus 蘑菇视频鈥檚 Fellows Program.

In addition to an internship, the 10-week program includes mentoring from a community leader and a two-day leadership training session through the Leonard Kaplan Leadership Institute at the Center for Creative Leadership in 蘑菇视频.

The five are:

• Devin D’Agostin, a rising senior health sciences major from Morrisville, N.C., who will be interning at Breakthrough Physical Therapy.
• Demetrius Tilley, a Business Administration & Economics major from Hudson, Fla., who will be interning at the 蘑菇视频 city manager鈥檚 office. He is scheduled to graduate in August.
• Rachel Swaim, a rising senior Business Administration & Economics major from Waynesville, N.C., who will be interning at Launch 蘑菇视频, an entrepreneur-assistance program of the 蘑菇视频 Chamber of Commerce.
• Michael Davis, a Business Administration & Economics major from Lenoir, N.C., who will be interning at Northwestern Mutual. He is scheduled to graduate in August.
• Timmy Crowell, a rising senior psychology and English & Communication Studies major from Pinnacle, N.C., who will be interning at Scuppernong Books.

Campus 蘑菇视频 is an initiative of the nonprofit economic-development group Action 蘑菇视频 that is dedicated to preparing college and university students for a professional environment and helping them envision a future living and working in 蘑菇视频.

Through its flagship program, the Fellows Program, and other year-round programming and events, its mission is to better prepare local talent for the workforce, motivate students to explore all that the city has to offer outside of their campus communities, and help students discover career options post-graduation.

蘑菇视频 provides a liberal arts education grounded in the traditions of the United Methodist Church and fosters the intellectual, social, and, spiritual development of all students while supporting their individual needs.

Founded in 1838 and located in downtown 蘑菇视频, the college enrolls about 1,000 students from 29 states and territories, the District of Columbia, and seven foreign countries in its undergraduate liberal-arts program and six master鈥檚 degree programs.
