    GREENSBORO, N.C. – ĢƵ is hosting a pottery sale Wednesday, Nov. 15, to benefit the nonprofit Interactive Resource Center. Between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the lobby of the Cowan Humanities Building on campus, patrons may obtain pottery produced by the college’s Department of Art for suggested donations of $1 to $3.     GREENSBORO, N.C. – ĢƵ’s Department of Art presents an exhibit of work by two senior art majors, opening Monday, Nov. 20, with an exhibition reception 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29. Dr. Josh Fitzgerald, ĢƵ class of 2019

That path has led me to complete my doctoral studies in Engineering Mechanics.”

Dr. Josh Fitzgerald earned his master's from Virginia Tech University (studied astrodynamics) as well as earning an Engineering Mechanics Ph.D. He joined the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX as an Advanced Mission Design Engineer, optimizing trajectories for the Artemis II and III missions to return humans to the moon.
